Class of 2022, take a bow!

Today, our undergraduates become alumni. Congratulations!

More than 3000 undergraduates assembled and attended the 2022 commencement ceremony on June 25.

During the ceremony, the University awarded bachelor’s degrees to 3,541 undergraduates. Likewise, 511 undergraduate students were awarded second bachelor’s degrees and 46 undergraduate students were awarded minor bachelor’s degrees.

The ceremony implemented a mixed online and offline combination this year at different Tsinghua landmarks to commemorate the graduation.   

Vivid smiles, laughs, tears, hugs……Mounting emotions and feelings were expressed and articulated through visual language, the camera stayed focused on the moments filled with mixed thoughts and expressions. 

This is a lifetime moment for many as they will embark on a new journey from student life to the real world. It’s a quite bittersweet time as we will move on and leave the familiar atmosphere.

They waved a farewell to Tsinghua, also to their past four years when they experienced and shared own stories with friends in this beautiful place.

As undergraduates stood to receive their graduation certificates and degrees, a sense of achievement filled their hearts as their hard work of past years eventually paid off. 

As Tsinghua alumni, we will strive for a brighter future in the following years but the attendance at Tsinghua will remain one of the most unforgettable and regretless choices in our memories.
